I’m Emma Spartalis, MBA, former senior digital leader accountable for the teams and technology for a billion-dollar brand and recipient of the 2025 APAC Women in Tech award. I partner with boards and executives worldwide to design responsible AI strategies.
Based in regional New South Wales, Australia and raising two young children, I understand both the scale of corporate decisions and the realities leaders face at home.

The other is for small to medium sized business owners and leaders ready to build the AI operating system their business actually needs to grow.
